We hike around and climb the Hochsimmer. Also along the way: lava hut, viewing platform "Blick Silbergrube/sand" with a magnificent 180-degree panoramic view. The Hochsimmerturm and Simmerhütte follow. Two short, steeper climbs.
Hiking time: approx. 3 - 3.5 hours / 9 km
Meeting point: 1 p.m. at the L82/K20 hikers' car park behind Entringen.
