On Saturday, 21 September 2024 and Sunday, 22 September 2024, an adventure DARTS tournament will take place above and below ground in the Bendisberg visitor mine in Langenfeld/ St. Jost.

Programme on both tournament days
9.30 am: Arrival of the participants at the Bergmannshütte
from approx. 10 a.m.: start of the ribbon tournament (E-Darts)
from approx. 3 p.m.: guided tour of the mine including a small steel darts tournament in the mine
approx. 7 pm: award ceremony in the miner's hut

Game schedule for the ribbon tournament in the miner's hut
8 different games will be played in doubles. The game partners will be drawn by lot after each discipline. The winners of each game receive a ‘ribbon’. The player with the most ribbons at the end goes home as the tournament winner. If several players have won the same number of ribbons, there is a play-off. In the play-off, all players play simultaneously on one board for the places.

Game procedure in the mine ‘underground’
In addition to the bowling tournament, we also organise an ‘underground’ tournament during the mine tour. Here, all participants play 3 darts with the weaker throwing hand on a steel dartboard. The darts are provided, each participant plays with the same darts. The points scored are recorded and the player with the highest score wins the competition. In the event of a tie, there is also a play-off. However, any play-off then takes place ‘above ground’ on an e-dartboard. The weaker hand is also used in the play-off. The winner receives a non-cash prize and a trophy.
